I was just leafing through my new Food Network Magazine, ( a great issue ), and I found this recipe. It sounds simple and delicious. 

Sugar Snap Peas with Parmesan breadcrumbs.

 

Melt 1 tbs. butter in a skillet over med. heat. Add 3 Tbs. of breadcrumbs and toast 3 min.  Mix with 3 Tbs. each of grated parm. , and chopped mixed herbs ( your choice), and 1/4 teasp. each kosher salt and grated lemon zest. Boil 1 lb. sugar snap peas till crisp tender, about 4 min ; drain and top with breadcrumbs.
