Valentine’s Entree

HEB's website shows a butterflied boneless ribeye steak as the main course on its Dinner made with love. It is heart shaped. Something I would never thought to do.

DH is making filet mignon probably in the cast iron skillet using Blue Jean Chef's recipe. We have used her recipe before & it was really good. It's pretty windy outside so unless it calms down inside it is. 

DH wants some creamed corn so I will make some of that with frozen corn plus a salad.
