I love REAL mayo, the lo-fat or canola are lousy. SO for things like chicken salad or potato salad, I use 1/2 mayo+1/2 greek yogurt. It gives it a nice tang.

Also, for 'cream of" soups, I finish by stirring in GY, especially Cream of Broccoli. It makes it rich like cream but w/o the you-know-whats
