6 Tab olive oil
3 1/2 Tab soy sauce (low salt)
3 T teriyaki sauce (low salt)
3 Tab lime juice
2 1/2 Tab brown sugar
1 1/2 Tab garlic powder
1 Tab basil
2 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp liquid smoke
1 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
2 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
Combine all ingredients. Wash the chicken and place in a large zip lock bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken and refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight. Grill the breasts over a medium heat for 10 min on each side or until done. Baste with the leftover marinade several times during the grilling.
Today I baked the breasts in the marinade in a 300 oven (covered). I spooned some marinade over the chicken for dipping. Yummy.
