2 eggs
1 can of tuna
4 Tbsp. flour
4 Tbsp. shredded cheese
Defrosted shrimp
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Break up tuna in a medium bowl. Lightly beat eggs in a separate bowl, then combine with tuna. Add in flour and cheese. Stir to combine. Scoop batter into cupcake tin or silicone cups. Make sure you spray them with cooking spray. Bake for 15 – 20 minutes.
Garnish with the shrimp. (A sprig of fresh catnip is also nice!)
