This isn’t strictly a recipe but a helpful hint. Many yeast breads and quick breads come out of the oven with a dry top crust.Drizzing or pouring juice or fruit liqueur can be spotty.

I buy small spray bottles 838C17BF-B984-42DE-ACD8-3777E0BB32A7.jpegon line or at the dollar store and fill them with small amounts of fruit liqueur,or juice and sweetened brewed coffee, which I refrigerate.

This creates a light,even mist that not only moistens the item but creates a subtle pop of flavor.

Great idea but I highly doubt the dollar store spray bottles are food grade plastic. Smiley Surprised
