Truffle Zest

Has anyone heard of or tried Truffle Zest? I tried the Hello Fresh meal service last night, and my meal was steak with this item made into a sauce that went over the steak and it was CRAZY good!!!! Was a powder that you added to beef stock and water, then simmered it, added cooked shallots and sour cream. I could have drank it from a cup!!! Going to check out the usual places to try to buy some to have on hand. Never had truffles before this year but found truffle finishing salt that is so incredible-----this is very good too.

@wagirl I use a truffle zest seasoning by Sabatino Tartufi and I order it from Amazon.  Just an FYI.
