I have a chicken in the crockpot today and boy it smells good!   I have cauliflower in an olive oil, salt and pepper marinade and will bake that on a cookie sheet.   Then make some Stove Top stuffing and gravy.   I went out to do a few errands today, it's quite cold and windy out.   Then snow tomorrow night!  Enjoy your dinners Smiley Happy

@LindaSal

Are you cooking a whole chicken in the crockpot or pieces / parts in a sauce?

I need some chicken crockpot ideas.  Smiley Happy

@qualitygal

We did the same, had a roast chicken last night.

Tonight will be green verde enchiladas from the leftover chicken.

@We rescue cats Hope your hubby's tummy problems resolve quickly - Super Bowl food isn't supposed to be broth and yogurt lol. My stomach acts up at times, usually after too many nights of tomato sauce products, then I bump up MY yogurt intake too! Your Chinese food sounds yummy! Enjoy!

I met a friend for lunch and we talked rather than ate!

So I enjoyed my delicious steak tips, butternut squash and delmonico potatoes for dinner. We went to a steakhouse so the meat was tender and perfectly cooked. One of the only restaurants in our area where you can get delmonico potatoes.

@rockygems123 I do a whole chicken. (4-5 lb)  I add a bit of chicken broth, some fresh herbs, a cut up onion, salt and pepper and set it for 8 hours on low.  It simply falls apart, always comes out delicious and it's so easy!  I use the broth to make the gravy after.
