Toffee Apple Dip

2 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened

2 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup sugar

1-1/4 cups brown sugar

1 12-oz can pineapple juice

5-6 Granny Smith apples, washed and sliced

1 8-oz pkg toffee bits, crushed

In a mixing bowl combine cream cheese, brown sugar, sugar, and vanilla...mix well. Cover and refrigerate. In another bowl pour the pineapple juice over over the apple slices and place in refrigerator overnight.

When you want to serve, use your mixer and blend toffee bits into cream cheese mixture.

Take apples out of pineapple juice and serve with dip!
