Where do people come up with these names????? Smile I like to Have a banana and a big glass of OJ with this.

Toad In A Hole

butter

1 egg

1 piece of toast (light-medium toasted)

salt

pepper

Cut a hole in the toast with a glass. Melt some butter in a fry pan. Put the slice of toast in the middle of the fry pan. Crack an egg and put it in the center of the toast. When ready, flip over and cook the other side. Salt and pepper to taste.
