"Ties That Bind" posted this, as well as hundreds of other great recipes, last year, and based on her remarks, I decided to make it. It was such a big hit. It is beautiful to look at and really tastes good, so I'm reposting for someone looking for a delicious, easy dessert for the holidays.

Ties' Christmas Fruit Dessert

1 angel food cake, torn in 2" pieces
1 pkg frozen mixed fruit
2 pkg frozen strawberries, undrained
2 bananas, cut up
1 pkg pistachio pudding, prepared
10-oz carton Cool Whip

Layer in order listed above into a clear bowl and allow it to set for a few hours.
