Beautiful day here..☀️..about 60!  Wow, Spring is in the air 🌷💐and March arrives this week too 🍀...winter not over but most of it is behind us.  👍

Hi everyone......checking in .....no news....nice day here too...about 60 but windy....did get a walk in.  I finished picture collage for QM....turned out pretty good.   Cookie, I keep meaning to ask how your daughter is doing?  Good, I hope.  Tootie, your new colors in kitchen are just Dollar General Lovely!   LOL!  It will wake you up in the morning!  Reminds me of years ago DH and I bought a model home.....had been decorated with a lot of orange (bright colors in then).  Upstairs bathroom had bright orange wallpaper.  First time QM came she said...."well, it will wake me up in the morning!"

Good morning ~  walker, I am still laughing over your model home and QM's response!  I remember my step MIL who loved olive green and orange in the late 60's-70's.  She decorated the whole house including the pictures on the wall and anything else she could find.  She thought she was stylin'!  Orange ashtrays?????

DD is doing well and is going to the plastic/reconstruction surgeon today for a check up - hopefully to find an exact date to begin procedures.  More of the same weather today, so more of the same activity for me - UB's and maybe even an HLP!  Time for more coffee . . . .

Good morning everyone!! ... walker, funny story about QM and your orange bathroom ....I bet QM will be so excited when she sees the collage ... and all the fun memories!! ... cookie, I remember my grandmother had avacado green rugs in the living room and orange in her kitchen ... (must have been the colors back then) ... glad to hear that your DD is doing well ...

No big plans today, as it is catch up Monday ...

Our temps are now dropping ... we are at 34 now and will go up to 37 with rain/snow mix ....

Good Morning Friends!

It will be a nice day here today....about 50 but changing later tonight to cold and snow.  I better run errands this morning.

Looking back, it was the late 70's when we purchased our orange home.   As I recall, the colors of the day were orange, "harvest gold" and green.   Neutrals of today are much better!!!

Happy to hear your daughter is doing well, cookie.  Hope each day gets better and better for her.

Hi everyone!  It's a gorgeous day - 70° and sunny - I'm taking the girls out for a drive. 

In one house I lived in in Hawaii the bathroom had orange counters - what the heck were people thinking back then?

Went to the community playhouse for a matinee yesterday.  It was a 1980's Tupperware party!.  Lots of laughs---enjoyed it a lot--a few fellas in the crowd---mostly ladies.  The venue is tiny and about half populated.  Yes there was the green cantiloleer (sp) container!!!  Also some other vintage pieces.
