Hello friends ... cookie, those crowns are perfect for Mr. and Mrs. Queen to make a "grand" entrance for their dinner!! 😂 I can just see the dropped jaws on the other guests thinking that they are waaay underdressed!! 😉 ... good job finding those!!

Hi friends...quick note....I am tired ....busy day....need to fix simple dinner here too.   Almost packed....few things to do tonight...on the road early tomorrow.  I will be back in touch when I return home.....unless you see Lucy and Desi on the National News...ha!  🤞🤞...for good adventure.

I decided to bake cookies today and should not have done it.  I was too busy and trying to multi-task.  It was a cookie disaster!!!!  Either my new oven is too hot (doubt that) or I forgot the extra cup of flour...they look like chocolate chip pancakes! Horrible!  I threw some out and saved a few in freezer for DH to munch on.  Ugh.....worst batch I have ever baked!  😩

Tootie, laughing at your statement that walker's adventures might be on the news before we hear anything😁😂🤣  I think we got some of your cool weather - we will only be 86 today.  Bike rides for you, just plain moving around for me😊

kittyfan, hope your test results come out well.  I was reading about home sleep studies and the costs are horrendous $$$$$$$$$$$$.   Insurance  usually covers it.  I personally don't notice any difference in my sleep with the CPAP than without it. Everyone is different.  Sometimes I think it's all about the $$$😪🥱😣

I went through some boxes of junk in the basement yesterday wondering why in the world I saved things ... I was able to empty one big tote and condensed what I wanted to save into a smaller one!! (small progress) ... I figured out that this "organizing" has to be done "spur of the moment" otherwise it will never get done.

I have mixed feelings about sleep study. I know people have big problems. But notvsure about my status. Just my terrific insomnia. Yrs it is costly. Mine is covered by insurance insurance

I had eye appointment follow up today. Finally some positive news. While I was waiting I could hear office staff on phone. Someone scheduling without insurance. Base exam $200. Thankful to have resources.

Long wait for Dr to come in. Six months next visit.

Good morning ~

I don't blame you for your mixed feelings kittyfan.  I also have thoughts about my status as I notice no difference in what sleep I do get.  I  would like to sleep straight through for 6 or 7 hours instead of waking up and then not go back to sleep🥱  Seems like the older you get, the more you live in Doctors offices😒  

Tootie, you hit the nail on the head!  Spur of the moment  organizing is the key to getting it done!  I guess I will have no excuse for not cleaning out and organzing the closet.  As walker said, it will be there tomorrow! 😃 Sounds like you are are getting some winter weather - we are going back up to 89 today and more each day.  Predictions sure change.  

Hoping Lucy and Desi are enjoying their travels. Looking forward to the latest escapade.  Royalty on the road 👑

Finally getting a long overdue COVID booster shot this afternoon.  It is the updated one from Moderna whichincludes the newest strain.  A little leary but I will ut on my SCC smile and go!

Today is the day that Lucy and Desi ferry over to the Island ... 🚢 and at some point will don their crowns!! the red carpet should be waiting for them ... I hope they have a good time ...

This time of year we have some chilly mornings but then it warms up a bit ... usually temps during the day will be in the mid 60's ... 38 now and will go up to 64!!
