Good Morning Friends!

Perfect timing the Q is up!  A nice morning here.....open window day! May have rain tonight which would be a good thing.

No news from me in this corner of the world.  Another day to run errands.....have a wedding to go to next week and I am having one of those "what will I wear moments" so going to hit the shops today.  Men have it so easy.......pull out the suit, shirt and tie....go.  

Happy Thursday!  Two more days until our Red, White and Blue BAT!  Bigkat, bring home some new fireworks for us?  Cookie, maybe that is why you are waking up.....just can't wait!  Kittyfan, take a break from the shop to join us.  Tootie, I have the champagne!

Hello again........shopping is exhausting.....I need a UB...ha (any excuse).    I did find a couple of outfits.....now I hope I still like them when I put them on here at home with shoes, jewelry, etc.  If not, too bad, done running around.  The wedding is a family one so we have rehearsal dinner and wedding to attend.  It is out of town and then we leave on vacation so lots to plan for.....I need a UB to think about it!!!

By the way.....my tip of day.......and, I am sure you know it but reminders are always good.  When making a left turn never assume the oncoming traffic will stop at yellow light.  That just happened to me.  Light was clearly yellow and I saw an oncoming car driving too fast to stop so I waited.  Light turned red and he went through it.  Had I turned.....bam!!!!  Two hosts at QVC have been involved in accidents recently....Mary Beth and Jackie. It is scarey out there!  Be careful.  I need a UB!!!

Just stopped to take a UB and to see you found anything walker, and .... there you were!! ... glad that you found your outfits and I'm sure you will like them with all of your accessories ... and yes, you do have a lot of planning to do!! yikes!!

Thanks for the tip ... I enjoy driving, but you have to be super careful out there ... everyone (well maybe not everyone, but enough people) want to get to their destination ... yesterday!! You have to have eyes in the back of your head  (not only to be a mom, but to drive a car too!! ) Glad that you were cautious!!

Hello ladies ~  The front loading washers have a large (3-4") flap around the opening and it is necessary to wipe it out to keep it dry.  We leave the door open when not in use, but neglected to perform the regular wiping.  Yuck!  

How fun you get to go to a wedding and have a little vacation as well.  Glad you were able to find some outfits. I never find anything when I have to, only when I am just looking.   

I am taking your advice and curbing my UB's to see if I can get more sleep - at least until 4:30 when I do get up.  I appreciate the tip walker and agree with you - people are in a hurry and don't care.

Good morning ~  Another early AM.  I have gone through these phases before and will live through this one.  Finally got a much needed haircut yesterday morning.  My hair grows so fast.  Manicure this morning - maybe I'll take the Goodwill bag to drop off.  Or maybe not.  Procrastination is just another form of planning strategies.  I will probably keep planning.

Right now we have sunny skies but rain is expected to move in this afternoon .... then we will have clear skies for the remainder of the weekend ...

Don't forget about our Red, White and Blue BAT ... it is going to be a blast ... literally!!

Nothing special today for me ... other than making out my list for our picnic ...

Good Morning Friends!

I slept in today......wow, not like me, but woke up just before six and thought I would wait until six to get up.  Next thing I knew it was 7:00.   I need to get breakfast and do some chores here.

Looking forward to our Red, White and Blue BAT.  Love the comment, Tootie, that it will be a blast!  Ha! 

Our community runs a big weekend celebration every July 4th.  We go to the July 4th morning run/walk.....some of family including all the grandchildren are doing the run.  I will be cheering....😀 👏.

Then we have our annual brunch back here.....more mimosas.

Weather is going to be great too!
