Good evening 

Started out the day with an incredible sunrise. Ended day with a gorgeous sunset.  Thought about Tootie enjoying the creatures in the area. 

Brother called me on his way home from airport.  Conference ended today.  Hopefully he will have a much needed pajama day.  He has so many projects he is juggling

I watched softball games the last few days. I am amazed at the gals with extremely long hair. One girl's hair was long past her waist

  Maintaining it would be a chore. 

No news from my corner.

It sounds like you had a beautiful sunny day kittyfan! ... speaking of long hair ... LS just had her first haircut the other day!! her hair was down to her waist!! but DIL only had about 5" taken off!! ... with long hair on a kid I always worry about it getting caught on playground equipment and it makes it a whole lot easier for someone (BG) to grab that ponytail!! 😳

Glad you were able to get your freezer filled up with cookies again walker! ... and your cookie jar too!! .. how cool that you still have that after 52 years and some moves!! a true treasure!! ... believe it or night the pictures look great and are perfectly straight ... actually DH has to be very precise on the measurements!!🙄

I didn't get to see any deer 😏 but lots of squirrels and an assortment of birds ...

Happy Sunday!  😎 kittyfan, you had a picture perfect day...sunrise and sunset!  I love seeing both...pretty awesome....some really special.  

Long hair....wow....first haircut for LS!  Whenever I see someone with very long hair, as kittyfan mentioned, I think about making a hair donation to...is it Locks of Love...to make wigs for cancer patients.

Glad you had good day at DD's, Tootie.  I laughed at "precise" picture hanging.  I understand that one 😂.

Hi walker! ... I guess our DH's are "two peas in a pod" ... 😄 I'll tell him 1/4" is not going to matter and I get the look 😏 ... I agree about the donation of hair to Locks of Love ... and it would only have been  5 more inches, but ... I kept my mouth shut!! 😁

HAHA.....funny, Tootie...."the look"..... I always say "it looks good enough to me"....🤣....and, DH ignores me.

Lazy day.....oh...Sunday...Day of Rest....Guilt Free Lazy Day....HA!  I did get my walk in though.

I'll bet you will be getting calls from doctor offices tomorrow....should be having surgery instead!  Oh well...out of your control.  Onto Plan B ......

Good evening 

Quiet day here. I talked with brother. I had talked with his DW Earlier. She said he wasn't feeling well today.  When I talked to him this evening I told him he needed to take some time to relax.  He will be back mid month. I have appointments and I know he has tasks to complete.  

He said yesterday when he was flying home the plane was overbooked. He was ready to get home. Although he did sleep in before getting to the airport at noon.  

When you mention mani and pedis I think of Ms. Cookie and how much she enjoyed picking her colors.  And Walker is our cookie baking queen.

Happy Monday JUNE 1ST!  Loved your bright greeting, Tootie.  On we go to summertime....🤩☀️😎. Starting month off a bit cloudy here.  No complaints since we have had several sunny days.  But....🎼the sun will come up tomorrow....😉.

kittyfan, keep reminding DB to rest and eventually it will sink in...😊.  I think of cookie too getting my nails done.  She'll always be part of us here. 😢

I hope you get some answers and a rescheduled surgery date for DH today, Tootie.  Get the show on the road, eh?

Good evening 

Marched into June.  This morning I was still in my gown. Got a phone call.  I had scheduled appointment for a COVID shot.  I thought it was tomorrow. Put some clothes on and dashed out the door.  All was well. Came back to watch 🥎.

Brothers DW called regarding zoom Bible study. She said brother had been working in yard came in to shower and lay down.  She called me after Bible study to say brother had mopped the floor in the hall and she had to wait to leave the room.  He had opened the door for the dog to join her!

It's a good thing you didn't have to go too far to get that shot kittyfan 😉 ... feeling ok after that? ... lol about DW being stuck in her room ...

Several phone calls but really not the answer we were looking for walker ... DH has his test this morning and will see a doctor, but not until July 2!! after that visit they will reschedule ... we are in contact with his primary to see if he can push things a bit faster! 🤞 ... on we go!! 😏

Another nice and sunny day ... high of 75 😎!
