Good morning friends ... 😵‍💫 yikes kittyfan, just reading about your day tired me out!! ... enjoy the visit to your house.

walker, Alexa does come in handy ... one thing I really like and use all the time is making shopping lists (and for different stores) ... when I run out of something or think of something I just have to tell her and she puts it down (although then I still have to make a written note out to shop), DH has it set up to tell us if a package is coming and then when it arrives, you can set up reminders for things, timers and before I head out I ask what the temperature is and I listen to radio/music ... she even plays my Christmas music year round!! ... I try not to think about 👀and👂

We're in for some cold, windy and snowy weather for the next week or so ... today our high is 41 but then the temps will start to drop and our rain will change to snow ...

No plans for today ... have a good day ... pouring and passing.

Good Morning Friends!  ☕️☃️🇺🇸

Happy Wednesday!  It is blowing snow here right now.  Back to winter...but, I don't think it is suppose to amount to much.  Guess I better tune into my local weather lady.

Yesterday we had 50 degrees...not so today...😟

kittyfan,  DB's visit was also windy....💨whooosh into town, around town....out again.  You/he did accomplish a lot...next off to see your new-old house.

Tootie, Alexa does come in handy there.  When we were in FL, I remember hearing Alexa a couple of times about packages.  I laughed about hearing Christmas music year round.  Whenever you need a boost, Alexa is there with tunes too..ha!

GS was out at a local restaurant yesterday with friends.  He spotted a guy he thought was one of the Bears 🏈 players.  Not shy, he approached him....yes it was...guy was very nice and he got a picture with him.  BIG game here for Bears Sunday night.  

I was going to go out and do errands today but will wait for this weather to pass or wait for mañana....😁.

I slept in this morning expecting to hear from brother. About ten a knock on the door and then doorbell rings. I open the door to see someone I had grown up with. I did not recognize her but when she told me her name I realized she looks so much like her mother. She goes to church with a group of SO residents. I last saw her at the celebration of life for her sister. She has been widowed twice but said the last marriage was wonderful.    She was a year older and could drive. Her sister was a year younger than me. We had some good adventures. I knew her first husband well and attended their wedding. Then brother calls he was up and rolling. He came to pick me up.  When we got to the house the contactor was there. They talked guy stuff.  Then brother came in. He finally ate his lunch which we picked up on the way.  Then he buzzed around doing his thing. We left early to head home. He stopped to pick up aSalad for his DW. He dropped me at the door but tried to walk off with my keys. I stopped him but dropped my package. He was already pulling out so I gathered that up.  He said he was really tired which I understand. 

I have a phone issue he is helping me with. Maybe tomorrow

Good morning friends ... our snow came right on cue! ... we got about 6 inches overnight with more on the way ... schools are closed! ... (boy, I remember tredging through the snow walking 8 blocks to school ... nothing kept schools closed back then)

kittyfan, what a pleasant surprise you had yesterday ... how was your visit to the house? getting close to being done?

walker,  how fun for your GS to see the football player and get a pic with him ... 

Today I "think" I'm going to clean out my fridge ... yesterday I had to dig too deep and push too many things around ...

Happy Thursday!  Happy Bagel Day! 🥯 Yum!  I don't have bagels very often but do love them...especially Cinnamon-Raisin or just plain with cream cheese.  😋 You?  I am going to the store today and they are having buy one-get one free..maybe....maybe...I will get them...should pass.

Big snow day there, Tootie.  I sure remember as well walking to school in snow....no days off.  Our weather yesterday morning was really bad...blowing snow...white outs....by mid-morning it passed but rest of day was cold and bit icy.  We had to go to a fundraiser dinner.  I do not like going out at night especially in winter weather.  We went...parking lot a mess....coming home saw an accident.  
Mid-January.....a couple more months of this....think 🌷.

Good day to clean out your fridge, Tootie, inside day and garbage tomorrow...😂.  Garbage day here is today...yesterday I did some paper shredding...ready to go....my usual winter clean out of files.  I tell everyone I am Office Manager here...ha!

kittyfan, you had quite a day there...surprise visitor, DB, house, etc.  Today.....your day to rest?

Better go before too much babbling.  Need to gather fine garbage too.....but, first....more coffee..☕️😁...enjoy yours...nice chatting.....have a good day!

Good evening 

Quiet day here. Brother popped in with my phone, some items he had picked up and my mail.  I sent him back to pick up an Amazon package. He picked them out. One item not right. Then he dashed off to Drs appointment.  I got a call from Drs office I needed labs. I told brother I thought it was due.  Tomorrow is labs and another apt. I love having visits but I know I have to do Drs merry-go-rounds   early apt tomorrow morning so I will need to turn in early.

Good morning friends ... it snowed all day long yesterday! and we ended up with a couple more inches ... and it was bitter cold out! ... today, more snow but not a lot of accumalation and we will go up to 31!! 

kittyfan, 🎠 hop on!! and have a good appointments!!

walker, I do enjoy bagels once in a while ... I like the sesame and onion ones ... our store bakes up some good ones!! ... sometimes we'll make a sandwich on them too! (half each, they're big!) ... my fridge is all cleaned and organized! I did find a few "leftovers" that got shoved to the back ... (lately I try to make just enough so I don't have to worry about leftovers) ... now to see how long it will stay looking neat! 

Another day of no plans ... my big excitement will be watching the garbagemen!! 😄😂

Happy Friday!  Snow returns here....glad I don't have any early appointments to go to this morning.  Inside day again...good thing I did my trip to store yesterday.  

My IPad updated overnight...😖...it has taken me a few minutes to get a quick tutorial of "new"....ugh...and get started!  I'll try to figure it out later.  I need coffee with my friends! 😆👍☕️☕️☕️.

Tootie, stay in due to weather and enjoy your entertainment there...🚛...😂.  kittyfan, good luck with labs.

No news here .... GD has a gymnastics event this evening but she may not participate much due to a foot injury in December.  She wore one of those boots for awhile and it is better.  She has to take it easy on it though.  I told her we would not be coming due to weather....in different town...night driving we try to avoid too....especially in winter.  She understood.  

All for now.......be well....be cozy....be safe...be like a bear...hibernate...😁.
