Don't those figure skaters make it look so easy?? ... they just gracefully glide, jump and twirl on the ice ... skiing and snowboarding on now.

I can't believe that the Bills pulled this one off ... I watched on and off and then sat down for the last few minutes ... wow!! they did it!!

the skaters that amaze me are the pairs. Where she is balanced on his leg

G and then he lifts her with one hand. The spins make me dizzy!  Lots of training and work.

Congratulations to your teams. I enjoy college games pros not so much.  But today the college kids have agents and make big money deals.scholarships were once a big incentive

Good morning friends ... oh yes, some of those moves that the couples skaters do makes me nervous ... I always worry about her hitting her head on the ice when he spins her around ... 

I got all my Christmas wrap/bags organized ... the organizer is soft sided but has straps inside to hold the rolls in place and has sleeves for the tissue paper (not sure where I got so much of that!!) ... it slides nicely under the bed in the spare room.

Ugh!! I just lost my whole post 😠 and for some reason it didn't give me the option to "load" again ... so I went from memory 😄

We'll have another windy day ... high of 35 ... yesterday morning we got a couple inches of snow ...

Happy Monday!  No snow here...mild for winter but colder temperatures moving in by the end of the week...maybe snow then.  Grin and bear it!

Tootie, doesn't it feel good to be organized?  The new "wrap" organizer sounds nice.  My Christmas things are in three boxes (wrap, ribbon/bows and tissue/bags).  Then I have miscellaneous wrap stuff in two drawers of a dresser in spare room.  Stuff...somewhat organized..ha!  I have found I have a lot of Christmas paper not used because I started using bags.  I also have a lot of ribbon and bows....again ...no pretty wrapped packages anymore. Gift giving has changed. But, I keep it all because I "might" need it...😉.

I did not see him perform but heard about the figure skater who had lost both parents in the D.C. plane crash.  How emotional for him....wishing him great success.  My favorites are the pairs too. So impressive.

kittyfan, I agree with your thoughts on pro vs. college sports.  I am really disappointed in college sports and athletes going for the next big deal...💰💰.  You are right...what happened to scholarships being the incentive..proud to be at a certain university?  But, I still cheer....🤭.

On with the day....my schedule is open....oh, yes, never ending laundry.....usual chores.....whistle while I work...HA...maybe....

Yes I did see the story about the young man who lost his parents. The skating world has a lot of legacy and connections. But to skate on that level they must begin very young to develop their craft

Oh organizing.

Did my daily laundry run.  Alexa changed their voice. I am not sure I like it. I need to see if I can change it.  I have two devices. Sometimes I will ask something and the other replies!  When I want to know the time in the middle of the night this is not helpful.

Good morning friends ... kittyfan, our Alexa keeps asking us if we want to hear her new voice along with offering a new "updated program" ... free for 30 days but then they charge you a fee every month ... and she's very persistent!!

walker, I did not know about the guy skater that lost his parents ... I went and read a short snippet online ... he said he hears their voices and feels them every time he skates ... they were both world champion skaters!! ... that has to be very emotional for him!!

No news in Dullsville! ... today we're supposed to see some sun 🌞😎 ... did you notice that it is getting lighter earlier in the morning and later at night?? ... we're getting closer to Spring 🌷🌼😄😂

Happy Tuesday!  Cloudy day and I slept in....7:00 is late for  me but I was awake a couple of hours during the night. Some nights are good...some not so much....🤷‍♀️.

I have noticed days getting longer, Tootie.  Actually, I thought I noticed but DH confirmed multiple times....he gets excited about it...haha...does not like hibernation..bring on Spring!  🌷 

No Alexa here so guess I do not have to get used to changing voices. What do you find you like the best about it?  We know many people with it.  I feel like someone would be watching me all the time...ha....yes...Alexa is! 😂

Must be time for another visit from DB, kittyfan.   Hope you are rested up.😉

Good Evening 

Brother is in town for a quick visit.  He took me to a Drs apt today.  He and his D W have appointments on Thursday and then we both have an apt on Friday.  Will be a quick trip as he has to head home.   He took me to the appointment then he stopped to pick up his new glasses. He bought a lovely new pair and the second pair was the latest trend. Glasses look like clark kent. Plain black frames. You can check your email and record etc. He said this might be a help in the disability community. He is still heavily involved. Next stop was Sam's. Then took a conference call.  Then to Costco.  Dropped some items off at church, picked up food.  Brought me home and immediately cleaned up, swept the floor, put Christmas away. I had wanted to keep my little tree but thought against that.  He went through the mail, talked about taxes.  Left to get food to take home.  He will be back next month. More appointments to handle.

I am tired although it was an easy day overall.

🚜. Plan to go to my house tomorrow.  Right now I am tired. 

I probably wouldn't have alexa but it does come in handy.  I can be talking to brother or his DW and Alexa will chime in from both houses.  I check time and weather volay music.
