Yes the final no more jury duty is a relief.  

We are expecting a front to come in. Temps will drop to 20s and 30s. With our warm temps it is a real change.

Talked to brother. He told me I need to be gathering my tax info.  Some items I have. Ithers I will need to track   I got an email I needed to activate my debit card. I know brother took care of this.  It is a secondary account not my primary,  oh the things to do.

Walker:  yes the kids need support. 

I am watching figure skating. Wow. I know there is hours and hours of training and work

Good morning friends ... kittyfan, I watched figure skating last night too! ... lots and lots of work involved in that and I feel so bad when some of them fall ... but, they get right back up and continue on ... with those cold temps I hope you have your Michelin Man coat (miss you cookie!) 🥶 

walker, yay! no more jury duty!! ... how did your GS's team do?? I'm sure our GS appreciates that you and DH are there to cheer him on! 

We'll have a 42 degree day with high winds warning ... we've had a December full of those warnings 🤷‍♀️ and it gets soooo windy!! ... yesterday was garbage/recycling day and tipped totes and garbage went everywhere!!

Our town actually came down our street yesterday with a big construction type truck with a brush on it and cleared all the leaves from the curbs (and the grass area near the street) and then another big truck and scooped them all up!! great entertainment!! 😄 ... the leaves sat there because we got snow before they had a chance to clear them all up!

Good Morning Friends!  ☕️🌧️❄️🇺🇸

Happy Saturday!  Crazy weather all over...woke up to rain and now it is changing to snow...😳.  It can do what it wants to do...no plans to go out.  Stay warm, kittyfan, that is quite a drop in temperatures for you.  

Your tax dollars at work, Tootie, leaf clean-up there. That is a good operation.🍂🚚 Wish our community would do that.  The same thing happened here in some neighborhoods ...snow came in December before the leaves were all collected. 

I did not see the skating⛸️ last night since I was at basketball. But, I am always so impressed with the performances.  LOTS of practice!  

Basketball🏀 did not go well...again!  I am not impressed with the coach.  First half went well and at half GS's team was only down by two points.  GS even got a three point basket.  Second half...not good...other team ran all over ours.  I told GS I think they drank Red Bull at halftime!

Happy Saturday Afternoon.....after crazy weather morning...rain, snow, sleet, snow...light...nothing stuck to ground....sun is shining so I will go for a walk soon.  DH is going to join me today.

I picked two up this week and enjoyed one this morning😋.

Also, I checked out the figure skating today...might miss it....on as same time tonight as DA' BEARS!  Big game here.  But, I can switch during commercials.😉

I was busy watching skating and gymnastics. More skating on tomorrow.  I don't know if there are games. 

I do miss tx grapefruit. On the not list for me.  

I called to activate my debit card again.  The gal I talked to was way too bouncy and cheerful.  I guess I should be glad I could understand her.  

I was browsing FB. Saw a post from someone with my name. I did a doubletake. I knew I didn't post anything. My maiden name is a bit unusual.  I use both my maiden and married name on FB

I was watching the news. Saw a report from MN. Snowing. Drifts on side. Made me cold.

Good morning friends ... kittyfan, I couldn't find the skating here last night ... but I do know that the Olympics will be starting next month ... I enjoy watching that!! ... glad you could understand and got your debit card issue taken care of!! ... I remember one time I had to call someplace and I could not understand her at all ... she got quite preturbed with me because she had to keep repeating (and getting louder each time!) finally I just hung up!!

walker, that's too bad about your GS's team not winning ... it might be time for you to go and take over coaching 😉 (isn't it funny that he must be sending vibes that you are not impressed with him..) glad you were able to get out for a walk ... we had rain another windy afternoon.

 The kids were quite upset yesterday because they took down their Christmas tree and decorations ... they wanted to keep them up all year!!

We'll have a windy (again) and snowy day ... not sure why we are having some much wind lately ...

Good Morning Friends!  ☕️⛅️🇺🇸

Happy Sunday!  Happy day in Chicago....the Bears 🏈 won game last night...👏👏.  I fell asleep as they were losing and woke up just in time to see the finish!  Exciting win!  So...I slept in a little this morning.

I need to reprogram my thinking on TV sports now....yesterday afternoon I did catch the end of gymnastics and also a couple of minutes of skating when men were performing.  Glad you got to see more, kittyfan.

Next Olympics.....more to look forward to during our dull winter.

Tootie.....😂😂...very funny......me coaching the basketball team....HA!  It would be...."ok, guys, run, shoot, have fun, be nice...cookies later"...🤣.  

Cute about BG and LS wanting to keep Christmas decorations up.  I may have mentioned friends in Michigan that do keep their tree up all year.  It isn't huge and is in a corner....so many decorations...never took it down.  Their house is like a museum so guess it fits in with all the collections they have..not for me but interesting!
