Hi There.....I am exhausted so will write again in the morning.  We had a great time at Epcot.  DH enjoyed his birthday and thank you for nice wishes.

I got a call from brother. He had something to deliver. Brought me tamales. Still hot.  Yes they were yummy.  In a flash he was off to his next appointment.he also brought me some food items. He did call me this evening. Said he hadn't made it home. I thought perhaps he was taking the scenic route. Nope had his truck washed stopped at grocery looking for tamales. Then off to next grocery.  I am sure he is home now and crashed. He has been dealing with an upper respiratory issue but he keeps pushing it on.

Good morning friends ... kittyfan, of course DB didn't go home right away 😉😄... he was on a mission ... I hope that he gets some down time in and can shake that illness ... glad you enjoyed your tamales ... I've never had one but they do sound good!

walker, what a nice way to spend your DH's birthday ... glad you had a good time ... 

I guess we're not going to have a white Christmas ... and we have no snow on the ground (only the mounds in the parking lots) ... we'll have another mild 36 degree day!

Good Morning Friends!  ☕️☀️🌴🇺🇸....🎅🏻🎄

Happy Wednesday....Happy Christmas Eve!  I am sitting in "my office" ...aka...front porch😉....enjoying fresh air and peace in the country.  Several years ago DS and SIL got tired of suburbia and bought 2 1/2 acres away from town.

It is delightful but within reach of everything by a few miles.  This area has boomed in recent years! In a big part because of Disney.  Now for other reasons people are moving south as well.  We should have bought property years ago too....good investment.  

Yesterday was fun at Epcot.  DS and DIL know the place inside and out.  They were the tour guides.  We have not been in over 10 years.  It was crowded but not too bad.

We had a late lunch/dinner at a place called Coral Reef.  You dine around the huge aquarium.  We had a table right by window....all creatures came around....small fish, big fish, sharks, turtles and one sting ray that settle right next to window looking at us...funny...very cool.  Later in afternoon we went to the Candlelight Ceremony...symphony orchestra and choral groups....it was wonderful!  They run the program everyday from Thanksgiving to Christmas. Good day and birthday for DH.

Enough on me.....kittyfan, you are right about travel being tiring....but I remind myself I have all winter to hibernate when I get home. DB is like Santa, eh? Always doing good things.  I have not had a tamale either...like tacos or tortilla wraps?  

I guess you will have to dream of a White Christmas, Tootie...same here..ha!  But, maybe that is a good thing for getting out and about.  Wasn't it last year weather was so bad that you couldn't get out for Christmas?  We are going to late afternoon Mass today and then enjoy Christmas Day together...relaxing..😊...playing with whatever toys Santa brings..haha.

I will sign off today wishing you a very Merry Christmas of warmth, love and laughter with family and friends...sometimes with our memories.  Enjoy the day and we'll meet here again after Christmas.

Happy Friday!  Day after Christmas....ahhhh...RELAX!

Another beautiful day here.

I hope everyone had a nice Christmas.  We did here...brunch in morning (GS made mimosas 😁), gifts....played a game called Uno..No Mercy (I used to play Uno all the time when kids were little so tradition for Uno)...fun.  Later friends of DS and DIL came for dinner.  By the time they left we all went to bed.
