happy BD wishes!!!!

Oh the boot. Hope she heals well.

Yesterday we hung out at 41 all day.  Overcast and gloomy.  Brother popped in dressed in red. His DW was in the vehicle with the heat on.  He brought me food then off.  He flies out today.  Not sure if he got his primary phone back.  

I see the snow pics and hear of closures I am happy to be retired. 

This morning I went on a search for a sweater. Found some I liked. Then I saw shipping and said not today!  I do often see free shipping.  I remembered I had Christmas ⛄ ⛄ sweaters but they are at my 🏡 

I did put out my Christmas items. I have other things but my available space is limited

Another snowy day 34 degree day (I guess I can enjoy my heat wave, walker! 😉) ... ugh, dreaded dentist appointment this morning ... hopefully I'll be in and out with no issues!! ...

Happy Wednesday!  My hibernation season has begun early...🥶.  I don't want to go out...but will bundle up and go to store today.  

Good luck with dental appointment today, Tootie.  This is your winning week....A+ on physical....dental check-up too?  🤞

Sounds like DB has things taken care of for you, kittyfan, so you can hibernate for awhile.  The fewer decorations  that come out for Christmas, the fewer to be put away! 😁

I shared that FHG~`Arlene had texted me she was ill.  Well I learned that she passed.  I am happy to have closure. I never met her IRL but she made an imprint on me.

Tootie is getting her medical out of the way.  

Walker I know you are planning for your road trip.  Weather this time of the year is a ???

Hello ... oh no, so sorry to hear about FHG ... I remember her as having a quirky personality (and not in a bad way)  ... may she rest in peace 🙏 ... (not sure how to say this ...) but I'm glad you found out rather than just wonder "what happened to FHG" ... thoughts/prayers to her family and to you kittyfan! 

I did get an A+ at the dentist ... but what a morning ... I thought my appointment was at 9 ... as I was getting myself ready, DH yells up to me "the dentist office just called, your appointment was at 8!" 😯 Luckily, they said to still come over and we're only a 10 minute ride ... I made it there by 8:25!! but that threw my anxiety into overdrive!! ... glad it's all over with!!

Inside for me too today ... my washer is whirling!!

Hi there.....I am very sorry to hear about FHG, kittyfan.  I agree with Tootie's thoughts.  She was a fun person but seemed like she had a  sad life.  RIP, FHG.    I'm glad you found out too instead of wondering.  You were a good friend to her.

Tootie, sorry but I had to laugh at you having time wrong on appointment today.  Then...🙀...HURRY!  Glad they could take you and you came out with A+!  You need a UB now!

I had to pick up a prescription at pharmacy within my least favorite grocery store.  I have not been back since that incident a few weeks ago.  But, due to weather and convenience, I thought....get over it....get what you need there and be done with it.  Hilda the Horrible was not there...👏👏.  Crazy bagger guy was but he was flying around store and not bagging.  We did not make eye contact...👏👏.  Turned out to be a pleasant shopping trip.

kittyfan, DH and I were just talking about our trip and weather.  We will drive but are flexible....another perk of retirement.  If weather is bad leaving, we will delay....told DS if bad returning, he may have us all winter...HA!  

Time for UB.....enjoy the rest of the afternoon.

I have to agree FHG seemed to have lots of issues. She did have a warm ❤️ and dearly loved her furry friends

Oh perks of being retired you can set your schedule.  

Oh the appointment time. I have done that. I had an appointment and I didn't know what traffic would be so I arrived early. I had a book so I was happy to wait. The staff got snippy with me. I wasn't demanding to be seen and the waiting room was empty.

Good morning friends ... kittyfan, that's annoying when you get to an appointment and the office gets mad ... it's not like you wanted to be seen right away! ... I guess some people just like to get mad over everything ...

walker, glad you had a good shopping experience ... that's half the battle 😉 ... laughed at your "possible" winter haven ... maybe that overpacking will finally pay off 😉😄😂

Bitter cold today ... high of 28, which is where we are now ... glad I don't have to go out anywhere!!

Happy Thursday!  BRRRRR!  We are at 5 degrees right now and going to a high of 18! 😳 My only hope is that since December has come in so cold and snowy that end of month will be mild and dry when we have to travel. 🤞

It's another gloomy day here. I did talk to brother. He will be catching a 6 am flight. I talked with his DW last night. He took hours to reach his destination with stops all around the State
