Tuesday greetings to all and prayers for TX...lives lost and families affected.  It is still so unbelievable listening to reports.....like a horrific movie.  I heard about more rain too, Tootie.  kittyfan, I know you have been under a flood watch so hope all is ok there...and DB?

No Tooth Fairy🧚‍♀️ last night....opted to leave 🦷 behind...😉.   Wonder what Tooth Fairy leaves these days?  Probably dollar bills and not coins like we used to leave.

No news....Hope to get back out for a walk today while somewhat cool.  A/C has been off for a whole day..👍 but, looking at week ahead, it will be back on soon.

Good morning friends ... we actually had a "no A/C required" day too! ... windows opened!! we did have an afternoon misty rain shower that lasted maybe 15 minutes ... another day like that today ... this shower may be "hit or miss".

My tooth seems to be doing well, Tootie.  No unusual complications or discomfort so guess that is good. 🤞

Hard part is remembering not to chew on the side where tooth was removed.  

A/C off...A/C on again here....humid.  Not much happening....DH being chatty 🙄....so guess I will "give him my ear".

Good morning

Oh the devastation is heartbreaking.  And today New Mexico.  They are predicting rain but I have to turn off the media.  It is overwhelming.

I have been dealing with SO issues.  Rather I have brother on the case.  He is out of town.  I knew he needed to go but didn't realize it was now.  I have been here for almost two years and recently I have had several issues with the management.  I guess I have been living 'syand slone' too long. Forgot about dealing with too many personalities   thought I left that behind with my work days and TS!

Walker glad your dental is doing well.  

Need to go to it.was going to shower when I had a note under the door---call to brother. Then maintenance. Early really.  I was up but not functional 

Just got a call from brother and insurance agent..  everything was handled.   I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize but fortunately I realized this was the company brother is associated with.  

I need to get moving.  I did laundry and need to put things away.

Good morning friends ... kittyfan, sorry to hear that you are having issues with management at SO ... you know that DB will take of those issues but it is still a pain to have to go through them ... hope things can turn around! ... we get a lot of unknown phone calls and won't answer either ... if it's someone that needs to talk, they can leave a message and then I'll pick up or call back.

Thursday....prayers continue for TX and NM.  It is heartbreaking as you said, kittyfan.  

Dullsville here too, Tootie.  Must be summertime slowdown...🤷‍♀️.  Tooth and grocery shopping big highlights of week....haha.  Tooth doing ok...just a ....speaking of dull..."dull ache"....hopefully, that will pass.

It's too bad you are having those problems at SO, kittyfan.

Hope things get better there.  

Count me in on ignoring these annoying "unavailable" calls that we all get.  Thank heavens for Caller I.D.and answering machines.   The callers certainly get creative....had one the other day and I.D. showed "First Church" like I would pick up because of "church"...funny thing...no message..as usual.

Good morning friends ... another hot and steamy day ... haha! I have the news on and the weatherman just said "it's the lazy, hazy days of summer!!" ... so true!!

Not much going on here ... DD is coming over for dinner tonight so DH is going to grill some burgers! .. yum!!

Happy Friday!  In spite of sadness over terrible floods and loss of life, we try to move on....smile and 🙏pray🙏.  So, I wish you some happiness today.

I got a laugh from your comment in Dulllsville, Tootie...."maybe I'll watch for the garbage truck" 😂.  
Yesterday I got smiles watching rabbits run around our yard...cute...there are several this year.  So....happiness comes in looking for simple things of life....or smelly...😂.

We had storms roll through last night....a lot of lightening...fortunately not striking but lit up sky.  Muggy day ahead.

Laundry day today....whooo hooo....and Uber service for GD back and forth to gymnastics.  I'm "Uber Grandma" 😁...not as much anymore but enjoy when I am called for service.

I don't have any excitement in my world.  I just got off the phone with brothers DW. 

I have been trying to avoid the news.  But it seems to be every where. 

Yes happiness today for all. Extra servings!

Oh Uber service.  Always nice to be of service. 

Grilled burgers sounds delicious.  

I needed to do laundry but didn't happen.

Good morning friends ... it's raining now ... I thought it would help cool things down but we are under a heat advisory from noon until 7pm ... high of 93 degrees!! ugh 🥵

And the kids will be coming over this afternoon ... DS/DIL have an event at his work ... planning on setting up the sprinkler so if it is still raining, they can run through the rain!! 😂

We were able to sit out on the patio last night ... there was a slight breeze and it didn't seem as humid ... 

kittyfan, you know what I always say about not getting something done ... "it will be there tomorrow!" 😉😁

walker, always nice to do things with the grandkids ... even being "Uber Grandma" 😉😄
