Quick hello.....busy day!  Laundry done...clothes set out but need to pack.  Right now enjoying a glass of wine!  Heading to Tennessee tomorrow.  I'll be in touch.  I'll watch news too, Tootie, for special report of the rolling grill ...😂😂😂....funny...good luck.

What a cute book!   16.

Grilling season over for you ladies. Never ends here. Thinking about Cookie and her grill master.

Started out day with lab appointment. Still to high. Repeat too high.   Brother took me so he observed. Why couldn't I do this at home. Insurance would pay.   

We left there he stopped a PO.  His DW couldn't find her glasses. Needed them to drive. He said he would look for her. 

Went to a new restaurant for lunch. We split which was plenty of food. I looked up and his plate was clean!  When we were at the clinic he stopped to verify next appointment. He didn't have o give his name. I laughed and said everybody knows him!   At he restaurant a lady stopped to greet him.  He visited for a bit before we left.  

He brought me home. Looked at some documents needing attention. I said one needed to be notarized. He said no problem as he has the seal.  I couldn't find a document I knew I had and needed of course he found it and made some copies.  Dashed off to get a hair cut.

He was here when Drs office called. I was glad. Asked about some changes.  He will pick up a script for me. 

Don't know when he will pop back in.  Last night he had a three way conversation about meds and growing older!

kittyfan, gee, I wish your numbers would get in check and I hope that your changes with the doctor will work out for you! ... your DB is one popular guy!! ... wherever he goes, someone will know him!!

I am sure Luci and Desi are rolling along. 

Woke up at 5:30.  Brother had a question. I answered that we texted back a bit. I was sleeping a bit when he called.  Needed more information.   I had to remind him we couldn't take care of business on Monday.  I try to make him aware of all aspects. Sometimes he forgets what I said.  Yesterday when he was leaving he discovered an Amazon package. I assured him it was a necessity. Opened the package to show him. 

He put cameras up at my house. Downloaded the link to my phone. I logged on  to see the school bus he saw a deer.

He had a tree guy come in. Took out some trees .  I was ok with it. I tried a few years ago on have some taken out. Safety due to age and possibly falling in bad weather. 

Oh Christmas music. I need to ask Alexa.

Hello friends.....well, Lucy and Desi made it to TN...just south of Nashville....will wave to FHG tomorrow as I believe she was in Chattanooga area.  Good travel day except some rain in TN.  But, long day...10 hours...getting too old for this...tomorrow another long day.🙄 We are doing it differently going home...3 days travel..2 nights.

Went to dinner after arriving and manager noticed DH had on an Army hat.  She came to our table and asked if we would be back on Veteran's Day for free meal.  DH told her we were just passing through.  She still told waiter to give DH a free meal and free dessert!  We took the dessert to-go ....too tired and stuffed to enjoy tonight.  Waiter was real winner because DH gave him a big tip!  We got so much attention we felt like celebrities.  When we left she gave us each a hug!  That's good southern hospitality!!

Enjoy your music, Tootie....when does family return from FL?  Get the grill "rolled back" to shed yet?  On film? 😂Have not heard any special reports from your area..ha!

kittyfan, hope they find the right meds for you so bloodwork is better.  Your house sounds like it will be so nice.  You won't recognize it.

Good morning friends ... walker, did I hear the "wake up bugle??" 😂 you are probably on the road now ... glad you made it to TN .. and what a great greeting and treatment for your DH (and you!) at the restaurant ... it can't get any better after a long car ride ... I remember our long drives to VA ... I don't think I could do it now ... you had even a longer drive!! good idea to split it up like you will on your way home!! ... the kids come home today ... can't wait to hear the stories ... and we watch both of them tomorrow (LG has no school) should be interesting ... no "roll-back" yet, and we're having a rainy day here so it won't be today ... stay tuned 😂

kittyfan, Alexa is where I get my Christmas Music ... I laughed at DB being concerned about the Amazon package 😄 he didn't want to miss out on anything!! ... now with a camera at your place you can see the progress at your house ... I bet that's bittersweet.

Darn gremlins

Brother is very involved in all aspects of my life.  I have given him full access. We ran into an issue with adding him to a bank account. Everything is in a trust. Needed to have a wording change. Have appointments with attorney this week.  I changed my will and this trust statement will be addressed. Sometimes I have to remind myself he sees and knows all!   He set a budget on my house. Ran into some issues that needed to be addressed so we ran over. But not because he wasn't on top of it.  The contractor/engineer is a young man he watched grow up with his son. 

When my DH was in chemo brother met us to pick up an item. When we arrived he was peeking into a waiting room. A lady walked by and addressed him. He responded bahr walked away and he admitted he didn't have a clue!  We went up to clinic. He sat and visited with me on the waiting room.   I told him he could go in but he declined.

Hello friends....we made it to FL!  Off the road...alleluia!

Happy to be here.  Good to see family and both grandsons were here.  DS grilled and DIL made some delicious sides...including deviled eggs which DH loves!  She also baked me a cake early for my birthday since she didn't know how plans would work for both boys being here.  So, I kicked off my birthday week.  Very tired so going to bed.  I will catch up more tomorrow.

Tootie, it will be fun to hear what kids have to say about their trip.  kittyfan, same with your house...more reports to come....
