Today DB picked up Ms. daisy to go to dentist.  His DW was already there for her appointment.  Dentist gave me a good report.  Tomorrow apt with PC. Brother also had apt today. All in family!  Then off to lunch. We were talking about his heavy days. I wasn't around him at that time. I saw some pics. Hardly recognized him!!!  We had a lovely visit. Then brother took me home. I had to call about insurance issue. He didn't stay long before heading home. I walked him out.  Came back to a resident asking who that was. Said he had seen him here before. I gave him the spiel.  Family by choice is the best.

Had some problems with computer this morning. Clock on bar said 9:39pm!  Looked at my clock which read 3:20am. ??? Something must be crazy with Google as it takes forever to open a tab. Waiting forever??  Seems okay now.  Is Cousin Eddie in charge and  running Google???😟🤪

kittyfan, you had a nice visit with DB and DW and a visit to the dentist yesterday.  It has been hot weather all week.  Again more heat - 95 and maybe with some light winds today.  This weather is crazy!!!  Humidity was horrible yestertday but it was a lovely day anyway.

Tootie, good that your DB is handling arrangements - nice for family to participate.  Hope you are relaxing and will be able to jump more hurdles.  Good thoughts coming your way🙏🙏🙏🥰

walker, kittyfan's reply of walker: mouse in house gave me a good chuckle🤣   I know that Peanut Butter on a trap really works as mice/rats love it. Hope they are gone.  Back to Wild Kingdom......

I have manicure this morning but really dont want to go.  I have been not wanting to do much of anything lately😟 I will go anyway - always glad to see the ladies - fun and so very nice.  I will look for Longhorns when I get home - they are always relaxing to watch.  Perk me up buttercup!

Good morning friends ... it was just an awful, awful day yesterday ... funeral is this morning at 11 ... please think of me as some family members who have not been around for a while  have crawled out of the woodwork and think they know best!

cookie, once you get out and get your manicure, you'll be glad that you went ... when you get home you can enjoy some UB's on your patio ... glad you were finally able to get on your computer ... Cousin Eddie in charge??!! we're in trouble 😂😂

Good Morning Friends!  ☕️🌤️🇺🇸

Our thoughts, prayers, hugs and support go with you today, Tootie. SCC with you!  Sorry to hear yesterday was an awful day.  Today might not be much better but tomorrow it will be behind you....and annoying relatives gone!  Sending sunshine to you....if not today it will be there tomorrow..☀️.

We had sun yesterday but WIND as well.  Talk about a bad hair day!  Breakfast was yummy....minus mimosas..it was hard not to order one with a card on table of mimosa choices!(What is wrong with me! Ha)  We still have some money left on gift card so maybe next time I will try their Strawberry Mimosa.

Wind lasted all day and we had to go to an evening soccer game for GD.  Thankfully, I took a jacket but should have had a winter one plus blanket!  I didn't think I would last the whole game but did!  So glad to get home.  Lost game too.

cookie, hope you perk up after your manicure...you like doing that...maybe you will see cute little girl. Think UB and longhorns...😁.  

kittyfan, sounds like a nice day with DB plus a good dental check-up!  👍

Thinking of you, Tootie, and know you are probably tired and emotionally drained.  Hope today went ok...as best those sad situations can.  I hope you can have a restful weekend now.  

DH and I have been helping DD out today....always juggling a lot.  SIL and DD had to take GS to an early baseball game away from here.  So, I picked GD up to go to gymnastics.  Then back to get DH and over to DD's again to pick up her car and take it to dealer for some scheduled brake work. They'll pick it up later.  Then back to gymnastics for GD after lunch. Family back from baseball now so my Uber service is done for the day.  I love any extra time with GD though.

After I dropped GD off this morning, I went home same way only to see a large flock of geese blocking road! 😳

The mother goose seemed to stop and herd her brood a bit leaving my side of road open.  I wasn't sure what to do but slowly moved past them.  Guess they must have ended up safely somewhere as no sign of them when I went back to get GD.

UB time for me.  cookie, hope you got out for your manicure.  kittyfan, think you had an appointment today too?  DB must still be around.

Hello friends ... today went as well as it could ... lots of tension and I really couldn't wait to get home 😏🙁 ... DM is buried now and it's time for me to move on (sorry if that sounds harsh, but I did all I could) ... I am so done with all the nonsense ... and walker, I will take your advice and have a restful weekend.

walker, oh geez, your schedule of running today made me tired just reading it but I know you are happy to help ... haha! those geese are so annoying when they decide to saunter across the road ... sometimes they just sit and stare at the cars too!! ... shoo geese, get out of the way!

Tootie, happy to hear from you.  You are right....time to move on.....glad you got through today ok.  You did what you could.  Too bad during a time of sadness there has to be tension too.  I went through some of that with my sister-in-law while my mother was living and after she passed.  If SCC could spend time together with a few gallons of mimosas, we could exchange stories.  But, good people that we are...we let it go, right?  Problem is.....I can forgive but I don't forget...🙄.

I pulled a "once in a blue moon all-nighter" last night....not up once during night....remarkable.  I watched the remake of Parent Trap last night which I think is really cute so maybe I was very relaxed when I went to bed.  🤷‍♀️
