The turkeys are definitely frozen this year!  We are at 20 degrees right now...but, no snow like Tootie's area.  Wow!

I just saw the news coverage on it.

cookie, cute shirt for kittyfan!  Perfect!  And, so glad you had such a nice time chatting at the nail salon.  Make your next appointment for same time/day of week and maybe you will see her again.  You surprised us with that U..ha!

Tootie, no wonder you were stuck on the V....your brain is a bit snow-covered...🤣🤣(boooo).  But, Velveeta will always be a winner.  I think of you whenever I see it in store or use occasionally.  

kittyfan, how is it going?  Busy week at TS?  By the way, I know you are in a book club......I am reading a book now that is very good....The Magnificent Lives of Marjorie Post....anyone hear of it?  Two of my friends recommended it.

Good morning. I am in the city rained in came on for dominos. Chatty Cathy was absent. Hostess has her 90s dad living with her. He wasn't hus usual self. He is a serious player. Not at TS rhis week. Closed next week for Thanksgiving

Hello friends ... kittyfan, I hope you made it home ok ... driving in the rain is the worst!!

It finally stopped snowing this afternoon and now the winds have picked up ... blowing the snow all over. DH was able to get the driveway all cleared out earlier ... more snow overnight!!

It's DIL's weekend to work ... and because a lot of nurses can't get in, she is required to stay overnight and will fill in wherever they may need her ... DS is flying solo tonight with the kids ... we would have gone over to help but he said it wasn't necessary ...

Hi there....kittyfan, glad you made it home ok...slowly but surely, eh?  Driving in rain ...no fun!  Tense!  Tootie, when I saw the reports on all the snow in your area, I thought about hospital staffs and your DIL.  God Bless the Nurses and Doctors.  Too bad this is DIL's weekend on but glad she and DS could work it out so she can stay.  Good thing your DH could get your driveway clear...if needed to get out.   What a storm!!  I am hearing from friends in Michigan..more snow than usual so early in season....you got a real blast for winter too, Tootie.  For us, very cold so early!!  

No news here....feeling like a slug because I have not walked in 5 days...maybe I will bundle up tomorrow if sun comes out...🤞.

Glad you got home okay kittyfan.  Driving in the rain is one thing - at night it's another!😟  We will miss your latest episode of ATTST but glad for you to have the week off.  Rain for us again today ⛈️☔

Tootie, a big hooray for your DIL!  Nurses work very hard and in bad weather double hard.  Glad your DH was able to clear the driveway.  More snow coming?  You could make a giant snowman - haha  Stay warm and safe.

walker, ffeeling for your friends in MI - more than usual - isn't the usual bad enough??   Hope they stay warm and safe.  Hope the sun comes out for you so you can stop being a slug and get a walk in.  Launghing at your description - "slug"  Hmmm, a slug with a crown.........hmmmm😂

We will be 43 today with rain predicted.  Another day to stay inside. I think it's too warm inside but it's also too cold outside 😕 I will have to go outside for a few just to breathe the crisp air.  Thankful for what we've got so I will quit complaining - who me?😄

Good morning friends ... one more day to go!! we are due for a blast of snow later on and then hopefully this storm moves somewhere else tonight 🤞 ... what's funny is the tree in front of the house still has green/yellow leaves on it ... they have started to fall a bit more since we got the snow but it has a long way to go ... 🤷‍♀️

walker, I hope you get some sun today so you can get your walk in ... the sunshine makes everything better 😎

Happy Sunday!  Gobble-Gobble week!  Yum!  I love Thanksgiving!  🍽🍗🥔🌽🥧🍷....👍😋.

Sun is shining .....👏👏👏....but cold....no big snow though so no complaints.  Maybe I can bundle up for a walk later...🤞.  Tootie, I just saw a news segment on your area and it showed trees with green leaves...just falling onto snow like you said.  We have two trees like that too.  Lucky your DIL could even get into work herself.

Hi there.....well, I bundled up in my Michelin Man snowsuit and did take a walk today.  Sun was out and that helped.  It felt good.  Tootie, how are things there?  Did your DIL get home?

No other news.....time to get dinner going and pour myself a little medicine....😉😊🍷.

Hello friends ... walker, glad you were able to get out and and walk in the sunshine ... DIL was allowed to come home around 5 tonight ... LG/LS were so excited to see mommy (and so was DS 😂) hopefully, she'll only have to work her normal shift tomorrow ...

I think the worst of the storm is over with ... we're only supposed to have a few flurries tonight 🤞 but it will be windy ... 

Tonight I'm going to make up my list of veggies and any last minute things I may need for Turkey Day ... planning on shopping either Monday or Tuesday ...
