Good morning friends ... kittyfan, I still have a few pieces of Tupperware ... you probably see a lot of goodies from the past ... I don't even know if they sell that anymore, although I think the Q had some a while ago ... I remember having to "pry" the tops off some of my pieces though! ... I mainly use Lock and Lock containers now ... good luck with your second study.

cookie, have a fun visit with your DS ... laughing at you eating the whole bag of candy corn .. 😄 you gotta splurge once in a while ... 😂😂 ... enjoy your manicure!

Happy Friday!  Just sent DS a text message for his birthday.  Thank you for good wishes for him.  We will all meet later this afternoon at lake.  

Big Birthday Blast ....SCC Style....next weekend for cookie and kittyfan...guests of honor....with Tootie and yours truly celebrating as well!  🥳  We will make big big ...really big plans next week..😉.  So rest up for fun!

Before I forget, had to tell you....in north Lilacs bloom in early summer..at least I thought so.   I love them...so fragrant.  Yesterday I noticed lilacs in bloom next door!!! 😳 Must be a small plant in warm corner of that house.  So unusual!  Since I am usually confused, is this June?

I love my Lock 'n Lock containers now but have had a lot of Tupperware over the years.  Remember the house parties? Ha!  My favorite piece was a double sided measuring cup....dry on one side and liquid on other.  It was very handy.  

Well, hope you all have a good weekend....especially you cookie with DS visiting.  How special for you!  kittyfan, glad your sleep study is in progress and received back.  I agree that a lot of sleep issues are "age related" 🥴 and common.

Happy BD to Walkers son. Cookie enjoying her visit. Tootie hope you had good weather.

Had PT. Really felt it. They close earlybon Friday do I was last one. Different therapist. This one was a dog lover. Showed me pics of her sweet dogs and her kitty.

Will take some tylenol tonight. Try not to take it unless I need it. My legs are comaining!!!

Tommottow plan to go yo TS. Then hopefully Cafe. Since I will be free to slip out I should make it.

Good morning ~

Put another candle on my BIrthday Cake, I'm another year old today.  I got a big surprise yesterday afternoon - DS arrived with a big surprise:  my youngest DS!!!❣💖  I wondered why DD set up another bed in the guest room!  What a great surprise!  Hard to believe DD kept a secret😯  Sat around for awhile then they left for seafood.  I elected to stay home as I was tired and not hungry.  This gives DD a chance to have some dedicated time with her brothers and I went to bed even earlier and fell right asleep.  I will enjoy them today. 

GS is attending a major special Soccer event and they will be going to see it and will miss the Rolling Stones tribute😣  

kittyfan, glad you had a good PT- she sounds very nice. Hope you make it to the Cafe - YUM!

Tootie, you actually dissed Velveeta? ha ha.  I agree 🤢  

Safe travels and lots of fun to Lucy and Desi.  Looking forward to the big bash!!

Winding my day down. Went to TS. Worked baby clothes. Boys full again. Beverly said most came in today. Did a pile. Put out a lot of girls I had done last week. Littles hangers have tgeirvown row. Mis mash. Straightened that out.

Went to Cafe. Had a bowl of loaded baked potato soup that was wonderful. I was warmly greeted when I arrived. Then opted for a patty melt. Was good but I was debating a rueben. Had a nice visit with my favorite guy. Walked me out when I left.

Then home. Did a few tasks. Thought about a quick nap but hope to sleep

Got an email. The Ladies Reading Circle celebrates their 125th anniversary on zfriday. They adhere to an hour meeting. Told to come 15 minutes early for a special celebration. Before Covid Did refreshments. Now very simple. Bring your own drink.

Had a great day yesterday!  Neighbor across the street made the Buttermilk Pies that I requested instead of cake and it was wonderful !  She and her husband are great neighbors!💖 The tribute to the Rolling Stones is this afternoon, but the family are all, except me,  going to the FC (Soccer) venue since my GS is so involved.  They all spent a lot of time yesterday fixing the TV - DS2 said it was improperly set up and between the DS and GS they fixed it!  Number 2DS is a wizard at that kind of stuff and a lot of other things.  He is and always has been extremely smart (Hard to believe since he came from my loins😄)  DD and SIL are very grateful.  I actually enjoyed watching them fix things together.  It was fun!  So nice to have the family together💓💓💓

kittyfan, the soup sounds delicious!  Glad you enjoyed the Cafe and your sspecial guy.  WOW, The Reading Group celebrating 125 years is special.  Hope you got some sleep ...zzzzzz

I bet you enjoyed watching the family fix the TV from the sidelines 😉 ... that's the best spot to be to take it all in ... so you'll have the house all to yourself this afternoon and then when they all come back you can carry on where you left off ... enjoy the day and visit with your family!!

kittyfan, I hope you were able to get some sleep last night ... the loaded potato soup sounds delicious and what a hard decision to make ... patty melt or reuben?? both good and I hope you enjoyed the melt ... 125 years for the Reading Club?? that's a looooong time!! ... I'm picturing a tangled mess with the little hangers ...

We Facetimed with the kids last night ... they wanted to show us LG's Halloween costume ... he's going to be a dinosaur but was having issues with wearing the head part ... he cried and cried and wanted no part of it ... I told DS/DIL to just leave the head part out so he can see it and maybe he'll warm up to it ... it's not a scary one (and he's all about dinosaurs right now) but I guess he just didn't want to wear it ... LS is going to be Tinkerbell.

We'll have another mild 60 degree day ... I did get my laundry done yesterday.
