Hey, Tootie, you are pretty smart and creative too with your bush project!  Smart ladies here...of course!

I looked at orange for my toes, Tootie, and could not go with it....already had a dark wine color so went with kind of a coral color.  She has about 5000 polishes to pick from.  I said...don't leave me there long because I keep changing my mind...ha!

Forgot to update earlier....maybe because there is no update anyway on "doctor call"!!  New week so here we go....I called again this afternoon ....ring, ring...on hold...wait...wait....got real person....went through the same story....and got the same story....."doctor will call you"... getting laughable!  4pm and clock is ticking.....I better not have much medicine (aka 🍷) tonight in case doctor calls..🙄.

DH grilling tonight since we were washed out yesterday....👍😋.  See you later.

walker, you sure have had miseries trying to get a hold of your doctor.  I realize they are busy, but couldn't they have one of the PA's or medical assistants call you to keep in touch?  Next time - if you are so lucky to actually see him/her - hit him/her over the head with your crown♛😣🤔

Tootie, I agree with walker -  you are very smart and creative with many things, and the bush wrap is a terriffic idea! 

kittyfan, hope you got some sleep last night.  It is catching - I woke up at 1:45 and could not go back to sleep so I got up at 3 and did some laundry.  I have no problem falling asleep - just staying or going back to sleep.  Wish Wanda Wand could wave her magic wand ✨✨and give us some sleep!

I see UB's for you today ...

walker, so the saga continues ... waiting for a call back ... I guess you can assume (or one would hope) that what she wants to tell you isn't too bad or she would have gotten a hold of you a lot quicker ... so annoying (and I know I keep saying this) there is no excuse for this!! ... your nail polish colors sound nice and "fallish" 😁

Good Morning Friends!  🇺🇸🙏....⛅️

Happy Tuesday!  Big news....my doctor called last night!!!  (I won't have to damage my crown now, cookie...😅)  She apologized and said she did not get my two phone messages last week! 😡 (I need to smack someone else.) 

Anyway, it was my bone density test she wanted to discuss.  She said I am "borderline" on results and is not suggesting any medications (Fosomax, Prolia) at this time..good! (They have side effects too.)  We discussed taking calcium which I quit taking because "research" was showing calcium linked with heart disease.  I do take some in another supplement.  She kind of chuckled and said (exactly what I think) that one day something is good for you and the next day it is not.  She said to keep up a good diet of calcium rich foods, exercise...(DH says I could lift weights... 🤣). Insurance only pays for bone density tests every two years.  I'm not worrying.    I do like her but I guess the office needs better communications.  

cookie, take an extra UB today!  I am same...no problem getting to sleep but I do wake up a couple of times.  Sometimes I have trouble getting back to sleep which is frustrating.  

👋👋 to kittyfan..hope you are doing ok.  Tootie, any plans for your upcoming birthday?  I can make you a quiche with mimosas...haha.

OH...speaking of quiche...there is a new recipe on September Recipe Game...just for me...Mini-Quiche...👍😋.  Bye for now....

Good news for you walker!  YAY!!  Yes, Tootie's B'day is up coming.  I have a perfect cake and would like to be responsible for her cake if that is okay with you and kittyfan.  I didn't know about bone density screening every two years - good to know I have another year to go befor the doc's start nagging.  Maintence years is right - good moniker!!!  Rusty Maintence Years IMO☹😞 Sleepless Rusty Maintence Years - me and kittyfan and an honorable mention for you! Enough of this old stuff!!

I lost part of my B'day list - I have kittyfan 10-11, Tootie's 09-15 but can't find yours.  Lost my memory too!😒 Can you refresh what's left of my memory please? Yours was among the lost ones😒 and I would never want to disrespect our glorious Queen♛

Hello friends ... yes, walker's birthday list is correct!!

walker, good news from your doctor (and you were pretty sure that was going to be it) ... now that office has to remember to pass along any messages ... not good communication!! (of course the SCC is perfect and we would have a top-notch, no errors, running office 😂)

DH decided to dig out some old flower bushes from the garden ... the ground was pretty soft from the rains that we have had the past couple of days so it was fairly easy (says she who just stood and watched!! 😂🤣😂) ... just as he got finished bagging them up, the heavens opened and it came down in buckets!! it rained for about a 1/2 hour and now it is starting to clear up ... we're at a cool 65 degrees!

Hi friends.....DH is having our Homeowner's Assoc. Board Meeting here tonight so I am trying to be quiet and stay out of way.  I choose to not be on the board for the sake of our marriage...🤣...Lucy and Desi on same board??...Mama Mia....not good...heaven forbid I would not agree with Desi. 🤪

Tootie, I laughed at your message...first...regarding doc's office and SCC would have a "top notch" office!  😅👍.  Then I laughed as you were "supervising" your DH with the garden projects....that's me too.
