Thanks for the afternoon laughs here, cookie and Tootie!  I did not know I BUMPED with cookie at the time.  However, cookie got the U right....UB not UF! 🤣  The bobsledding description was pretty funny too.  Glad you grabbed the V, Tootie....good one too!  

Sun has been shining...got my walk in....going out for dinner.  I had never had Sea Scallops before I had them at this Italian restaurant.  YUM!  Only thing I order there now which is a hard decision because everything is good!  Top that off 5-6pm is happy hour...1/2 price for grandma's meds!  Wine out is sooooo expensive!  I could  buy a bottle for cost of glass at restaurants. I am not a cheap date...haha.

We had a beautiful falcon perching on the tree in back of us looking for its' lunch ... it spotted something and away it went! ... very big and very pretty!!

Out and back...and full!  Ha!  Oh, so good dinner!  And, they always serve some wonderful bread with olive oil/cheese...ate too much of that!  This is a family owned Italian restaurant.  We have gone there for years.  In fact, when DD was getting married, they closed the restaurant for her Rehearsal Dinner.  A very special family!  We always have the same waiter who is like adopted family too.  I had my Scallop fix and told DH we need to go more often so I can eat other things on menu.  

Tootie, I am always fascinated with birds.  That falcon must have been exciting to see.  We have seen some big hawks here which are pretty cool...until they sweep down and grab one of my other birds...😟.

How are you and kitties, cookie?  Still playing fetch? 😁

Good morning friends ... no cookie yet, so I'll be quick ...

walker, glad to hear that you had a good dinner ... that restaraunt sounds like a great place to go to ... and it makes things even better when you have a favorite waiter/waitress to see ... I agree about seeing the hawks/falcons swooping down for the little birds ... we know it's nature but not on our watch!!

We're going to have a 50 degree day!! that should help melt some of the snow and some areas have to worry about flooding ... I think I'm going to crack my windows just a bit to get some fresh air in the house ... tomorrow the same and then on Friday it drops back down in the 20's ... I can't remember a winter ever being like this ...

Running late (for me) this morning.  Loving the extra sleep but don't want to get out of bed😊 Another pretty day here - 72,  Ahem - felines are asking/demanding food.  Molly wants to play fetch and Shadow is calm as usual while she waits.

walker, your dinner sounds wonderful  An good family place is always nice.  Royal treatment!  They love you and without your crown!  I agree, you should go there more often just to try out the other items on the menu (along with a few scallops of courset!) I love baked cannelloni and bread with garlic and cheese🥰

Tootie, I don't think I've ever seen a Falcon and probably wouldn't know what it was anyway.  I have seen Eagles and other big birds, but don't know one from the other.  I do like watching them when I see them.

Windy Wednesday here!!  We are having a Spring burst too, Tootie.  Right now mid-40's....going to 50....rain later...then tomorrow rain, snow, ice...mixed bag..ugh. Crazy, eh?  I think I will crack some windows open this morning too.

cookie, you are getting into hibernation mode there not wanting to get up.  It feels good to just get up when you want but it throws my day off...haha....your kitties there too.  I need to look up Zuccotto now....back in a minute....

I should have known....a creamy Italian dessert! Ha!  Sounds yummy....I have never had it.  I'll have to ask next time I go to my restaurant here.  I am usually too full from dinner and pass on desserts.

Good morning. Yesterday was errand day. Got vehicle inspected and oil change. Then dropped off tax info. PO was a nightmare. Finally found a parking spot two blocks away! Long line out the door.

Then I get a fraud alert on a CC. I don't carry it. Use it for certain things. Had difficulty using it for meds. Changed to another process. Well there were some suspicious charges or attempts. One to a hotel--no and tve other a small amount but not mine. So they will send me a new card. Can still use it with chip reader until new one arrives no thanks.

Walker: you should go often to restaurant. I know they value your patronage.


When I was at TS two ladies were chatting. One has an accountant husband. Said that a local organization had a fish fry. SD more tickets but lost money as costs had increased so much.
