Good morning~

Running a little late this morning - feels out of whack🙃  Another warm day for us - 77.  Sunday the cold front hits  Thankfully, no plans for NYE for me.  Maybe I will wake up at midnight to see the ball drop.  All I can imagine is all those thousands of people (most with no masks!) in one place and COVID running rampant!!!!!!  

Buddy, you becoming a habit!  Sorry you had to exert some doggie authority and shove your bowl into the kitchen.  Can't have a starving dog!  Grandma is always right no matter what!  Good X!!!😂😂😂

kittyfan, no fun losing your post 😒  At least we can post here.  Wonder what happens to all the lost posts?😅😮

Tootie, I dreamt that I was chasing your Totes!!😮😁  They had roller blades and a small motor on them ????? I am losing it.  Thankfully, woke up before anything more crazy thought prevailed!  BTW,  you are a very pretty lady.

Good morning friends ... Happy New Year's Eve!! ... does anyone have plans?? I don't, it's going to be a party of two here and probably will be sleeping as the New Year rings in ... 😂 although, I do want to watch on TV and see how many people go out to watch the ball drop ... the Covid numbers are so high here that they're asking those that are unvaccinated to wear masks (like that is really going to happen!!)

Buddy, I'm sorry to hear that you almost went without a meal!! but don't be mad at grandma as she wasn't feeling well.

Good Morning Friends!  🇺🇸☕️🐕‍🦺🎉

Last good morning of 2021!  Take it away....hopefully, 2022 will bring better news.  Party of two here as well, Tootie....make that three....haha...🐕‍🦺.  I won't be awake for ball to drop.  I will watch all crazies partying away...(guess I was young and crazy once)......anyway, my eyelids will drop before the ball....Happy New Year!  

Maybe I've told this before ....DH and I got engaged on NYEve.  But, since we had been partying..🥂...I made him ask me again next day in case he did not remember...😂.

We are going to DD's for breakfast.  Today is SIL's birthday.  After that, home with Buddy.  

We are suppose to get a lot of snow tomorrow.  Happy New Year!   Guess I should not complain.  Those fires in Colorado are terrible.

cookie, laughing at you being off-schedule and confused this morning....including letters.  Rest yourself....charge up for new year!  🤣 Funny dream too....that's reason for above....you were exhausted from chasing crazy totes!

Feeling better....maybe sleeping on two pillows does help...🤞...here's to no vertigo in 2022.

Another BD celebration!!!

I slept poorly last night. Finished my BC selection. 550 pages. I had a hard time getting into initially but it took a torn.

Walker: cute story about NYE! Special memories.

No plans for me. I will be tucked in with the dogs

Colorado wildfires are so sad. We had a labor day fire ten years ago. Same situation. Very windy and power line sparked fire. I lived on edge. Was without power for a week. I could hear the heavy equipment working non stop. I could watch the choppers dip the buckets into the lake.

Hi all.....just read that too, kittyfan, about Betty White.  I am so sad....almost 100!  I loved her.  All the Golden Girls are gone!  She was the greatest of all!  

Had a nice birthday breakfast today for  SIL.  His dad did not come...thought he had a cold.  He has COVID...just found out.  Mama Mia!  They were all together last night for dinner as his dad retired.  I told DD I'm not worried.  We are all exposed and don't know it.....hard as we try to be careful.  

Got my haircut.....ready to party...HA!  Who can stay up the longest?  😆

Hello friends ... RIP Betty White ... I enjoyed watching her in The Golden Girls .. just a couple weeks shy of 100 ...

walker, that's a cute story about you "verifying" your engagement ... I guess it was verified 😉 ... Happy Birthday to your SIL but wow! that Covid is sure making its way around ... I hope your SIL's dad doesn't get too sick ...

kittyfan, hope you're able to get a better nights sleep tonight ... those fires are really bad ... I bet it was interesting to see the helicopters dumping the water ... not something you want to really see though ...

Have a good afternoon ... remember DH was going to retire ... like now?? ... well, his bosses discussed it with him and asked him if he would consider staying on until May to help out with some projects ... after much thought, DH decided to stay on ... he figured it's still winter (lousy weather) and he'll be working from home ... come Spring, he'll be a free man ... 😂😂
