Good evening. Oh Mr Seven. Jake is low to the ground. We had a sweet little terrier girl. Her beastie was an Old English Sheepdog. When they played she would stop to see where Sandy was and stop to let her catch up. 

Went to ts. Drove up to plumber. Crisis  bathroom out of order. Stayed for a while after everyone else gone including plumber. Hopefully he fixed issue. 

• Got home to see it had rained. Looked d as r when I left TS. Didn't want to deal with weather. Fl is tough to follow. How difficult for the loved ones. I heard each owner was assessed 80k gor the needed repairs. Yikes. My bookvlub friend said she was assessed a fee if $350 fir selling her home and moving.

No problems logging on this morning - YAY!  kittyfan, I am not sure of what you are saying - what is FI?  Whatever it is/was, that's a lot of assessment for repairs and ridiculous for moving!?  Jake and Seven would make a funny pair - Seven is about 30 inches tall and little Jake could attach a skateboard around  Seven's middle for a free ride 😄

Tootie, you are so right - it's a man thing.  Don't ask questions unless you have a comfortable chair and a lot of time and patience 😄

Happy Tuesday!  All in working order here!  👍 I am glad we exchanged email addresses too....thank you, kittyfan.  I have to remember to use those when I get some funny forwards.  

Another HHH Day if you go out....think I won't.....rain faucet won't turn off...haha.  

No news from here....DD did get GD to camp....hope she is having fun....camp does not allow any electronics (probably a good thing) so no messages.  Can't wait until Friday when they both return.  DD is staying in the area.

cookie, are you still thinking about that Watchman device?

I like Oatmeal-Raisin cookies too, Tootie.  I have an old recipe that, growing up, a friend's mother made...yum...I have not made them in awhile....good reminder.  I am always making Oatmeal Chocolate-Chip cookies.

I agree, kittyfan....the less news I watch the better off I will be!!!   Cover-ups .....warnings ignored, etc....WOW!!  Horrible  news from FL.. I heard people in the sister-building were staying put!  Not me....bring in the moving van...get the heck out!!!  (Easier said than done, I know..🥴.)

Not much going on in my world either.  Got some chores done....it rained ...then sun...then more humidity....I crawled back in under my rock...no walk today.

I went to get the dogs in. JAKE WAS BARKING HIS MANLY low bark. Looked out to see a deer charging at Cindy. My neighbor said there was a baby--perhaps this was the mom protecting the baby. Enough excitent for one evening.

I am with walker and kittyfan - I couldn't/wouldn't stay either!  Each day it seems they are finding more reasons for the collapse. 

Cute story about Jake kittyfan - Did he scare off the deer or did the deer scare him off?  Thank you for the Fl info - I am used to FL and thought it was a small L. 😉  Have you built an Ark yet?  All this rain -🌧️ 🌧️🌧️.  We have puddles in the low spots of the yards.  

walker, Send over some of your Oatmeal/raisin cookes next time you bake please.  I love them -YUM 🍪  I agree with you, there is not much going on here either!  SCC better get going and provide/think up some entertainment - Tootie's PD perhaps?

Good morning friends ... me too! I guess we all would be moving to another place ... I can't imagine staying in a place like that after a collapse.

cookie, we have not been able to get a bike ride in for a while now ... it's just too hot and humid ... yesterday it was really bad ... LG is doing great ... he is into "reading" now and he loves to climb onto their coffee table to sit and flip through his books ... he also loves to figure out how things work (he'll turn his toys over to examine the bottom and you can just see his "wheels spin") he also loves "buttons" ... whether on your clothes, toys, furniture ... he loves to press them ... he's a very inquisitve little boy!! 😊 💙

walker, I don't blame you for not walking in the humidity ...

kittyfan, it sounds like it was Jake to the rescue ...

I finally had a nice visit from my girlfriend yesterday ... we haven't seen each other in what seems to be forever (covid got in the way ...) it was so good to see her and to catch up on things!!

We will have an 80 degree day ... supposedly we're going to have rain later on ... right now there is a pleasant breeze coming in ... I'll enjoy that while I can.
