Hi there......another day goes by....got my haircut....favorite day of month!!!  She always does such a good job.  If it wasn't so expensive, I would go in every two weeks just to stay trimmed.

Tootie, I think you are right...these palpitations, in our cases after tests, are more scary than dangerous.  At least we are able to control them and they pass.  If they did not pass, could be another issue.  I don't think the anxieties and news of today help!

We should be neighbors!!  😄 I would like to live on a court with all of our friends here....what fun!

Hope cookie and kittyfan had good days in TX in spite of heat...ugh!  Take care ladies....in and out of A/C.  cookie, hope you are feeling better.

Good morning ~  Another HOT day - 105+.  When will it stop???  By the time I got home from my manicure, pedicure and errands, I was exhausted!  The heat is not my friend.  It affects a couple of meds  I take.  

Glad you called your doc Tootie - heart palpitations can be scary.  Good that the doc reassured you.  I agree, I would rather not take the medicine.  walker has some great advice - and yes Lavender is soothing.  In this crazy world, we need to relax.  Hope you are better today.

walker, I read about those low life gutter scum and what they did to the Ronald McDonald house.  Do these people have a brain???  I hope they get caught and punished.  If any of them are on welfare, it should be stopped and used instead to repair the destruction.  It's happening all over and it's terrible!  

kittyfan, hope you are staying cool.  Yeah, right.  Where?  Oh well, life must go on.  

Another fan of Nilla wafers here.  Great for coffee dunking. When my GS was little and living with us, he would get up early with G'ma, read the paper and have "dunks" in his milk.  Such great memories.  He still calls them dunks.

cookie, love your story about GS and "Dunks".  Memories...memories.....and, Tootie, you will do the same with LG!  Hope we are all still in touch to hear all about it too!

No news except I woke up exhausted from dream.....I was dreaming we were on trip and QM was with us.  We stopped for lunch and then I had to get QM to bathroom....only it was in a mall!!  We kept going round and round trying to find bathroom....and when QM has to go...she has TO GO!  I was so stressed.....woke up ....tired and frustrated..never found it...HA!  Ever have dreams where you can't get to where you want to go?

Oh no ... poor QM never found the bathroom!! ... dreams that don't end are rather frustrating!! it almost makes you want to go back to sleep to finish it up!! ... since you said you were going round and round, I wonder if you were having MGR withdrawal .. hahaha!! ...

The kids came over so we got to spend the afternoon with LG (and them ) ... DS/DIL just pulled away and the heavens opened up!! thunder, lightning and heavy rain .. luckily they live close by but DS waited it out as she lives a little bit further ... it finally let up and she headed for home!

Glad you got to spend some time with LG and enjoy something I would love to see here - rain!  Again we will see 105+.  

walker, sometimes dreams really can be exhausting.  I can certainly relate to QM and her urge.  These crazy dreams pop up occasionally and are frustrating!  

Thinking of SCC Court - wouldn't the neighbors just love us???

Cute picture of SCC, cookie!  What fun we would all have in the SCC Court for sure!!!  We would start the day with coffee....followed by mimosas...UBs...swim.....then Grandma's Medicine at 5:00! 🤣 Party Central!!  

Still laughing about leaving QM in my dream to find bathroom on her own.  YES, I am going round and round from MGR withdrawal, Tootie!  HA!   Glad you had fun with LG at your family get together.  Then storms rolled in...good timing!

Greetings from hot and hotter. Tried of this heat. But it is August. So we expect it

Yesterday was TS. Started out on a bit if a negative. I knew who was cashier. One cashier said something snippy to me. I wasn't sure my bGger was coming so I was ready to step I. She did show up. We were really short handed. Could have used more help but we just do what we must

Ending service one of my ladies said she didn't feel well. Fortunately. We had a nurse. This lady was Also a nurse and they don't mKe good patients. Fortunately they had ridden together and things were better. I did check on her later

I was really late leaving. I regretted saying I would meet gossip gal. I did text her to let her know I was delayed. S it was so at I called my order into the cafe. Drove up to see her car. Well I went in. She said she thought I forgot. No just crazy day. Sat and listened to her family drama. I was thinking just let me take my food and go home. They were cleaning up around us And finally she decided to leave. I really was a5 all interested in her drama. I had ordered a blue plats special which was near loaf. It was yumyenughcir two meals

Hello .... kittyfan, what a way to start your day at the TS!! you don't need or deserve to have snippy people around ... and to have "no show" helpers ... ugh!! why are people so ignorant?? unless an emergency comes up and you volunteer, you need to show up!! ... and to make matters worse, you ended your day with Ms. Gossip Gal ... (no wonder you picked Zinfadel as your Z) ... but at least you got to enjoy your meat loaf from the Cafe ...

It ended up being a decent day ... no rain ... at least, not yet!  ... I'll send some mild temps your way kittyfan/cookie ... I was able to shut the A/C off and open the windows ...
