Good morning ~  Big announcement???  Come on kittyfan, give!!! No Mimosa's at BAT tomorrow if you don't!  Mani,pedi, etc. this morning then errands. Our high will be 58 today (34 now): I might wear a sweater with my flip flops.  bigkat, highlite and click on the slanted I next to the B above Font Family.  Accidental typos.  I clicked on the spoiler insert and cannot get rid of it.

Good Morning Friends!

Very cool today....30!  Guess that fits the season and we "might" see snow flurries too.

One more week and the craziness is over!  I found out from DIL that one gift I bought boys they already have....so BAH HUMBUG back I go to return that today.  And, return a replacement gift I got that I later read reviews on that were not good....so back it goes too....then find something else before family party tomorrow night.

Grandma needs a lot of meds in December....lol!

We are at a cool 33 now and our high for today is 39 ... cooler, but dry ....

Oops. Sorry for the confusion. The big announcement I was referring to was Cookie and Stan! No big news in my department!

Tootie was right on the announcement.....only Stan!  We will be waiting, cookie!  Well, I made it early to two stores for my returns....click, click....returned....so easy with the scans today...and, no one out early!  Then I picked up another  item....done!   After, got haircut and picked up ham for family Christmas dinner tomorrow.   We will celebrate again with family for DH's birthday next week.   Then we head to Florida to celebrate our son's birthday there.  SIL's birthday is 31st so we will miss that one.  We usually do breakfast together.  Forgot, my niece has birthday next week too but she lives in CA.

Time for UB.......hope everyone is having a good day....school parties for bigkat.....fun?    Bye for now.

Happy hour for me right now....been a long day, kids are happy vacation starts and they are having fun playing video games.

 We had a dusting of snow this afternoon. We started in the low 30s and by afternoon we were 28. High way by Grand Rapids is shut due to a 40-50 car pile up...figuring maybe icy road caught people by surprise?

Apologies to kittyfan for misunderstanding the "big news" walker, pass me some of your meds.  Speaking of which, I hope you fortified yourself before and after your foray into Mall Land.  bigkat, I am glad you get to go to all the kidlets programs. I remember them fondly for my kids and the G'kids.  In my advanced age, I prefer quiet and relaxing. Ready for BAT......

Oh my gosh, bigkat, a 40-50 car pileup over there!!??  I will have to check that news. That is why I am soooo obsessed with watching weather before I travel that way in winter. That area can be treacherous with lake effect snow,etc.  It has to be clear sailing or I don't go......give QM a call!  Glad the parties were fun.  Enjoy your happy hour!!!!  Well deserved!

OK....question to think about for discussion at BAT....what are your favorite childhood memories of Christmas?   I guess I have many but a fondness was for the bubble lights on our Christmas tree.  I do not have those on my tree but I did find plug in ones....down to two...one bubbles...means so much.
