Hello, another one of my favorite recipes that I'd like to share with everyone. As with all of my recipes, they are always up for your own version. Nothing I do (cooking wise) is "by the book" and am always changing things up. This is (again) just another "basic" schematic for what ever you like.

TUNA TORTELLINI PASTA SALAD

20 oz pkg Butoni 3 Cheese Tortellini (cooked, rinsed, drained), or just cook and use your own brand.

1/2 lb green beans, cooked. ( I don't particularly like green beans, so I use Chick Peas-Garbanzo Beans)

2 - 6oz cans tuna in water

1 large tomato (diced)

3/4 cup sliced black (ripe) olives

3 green onions (sliced thin)

3/4 cup mayonnaise

3 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

3/4 tsp celery salt

Combine tortellini, beans, tuna, tomatoes, olives and green onions in bowl. Mix mayo, vinegar and celery salt in small bowl, then stir into the pasta mix. Season with salt and pepper.
