3 CHEESE ARTICHOKE DIP
1 (8 OZ) block cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayo
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
2 green onions, sliced thin
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
Dash of hot sauce (your choice)
Dash of Worcestershire Sauce
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
With electric mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add mayo.
Then all remaining ingredients. Stir until combined well.
Transfer to pie plate, or dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes.
Serve with crackers, tortilla chips, crostini, or veggies.
