 I was looking around on our Farmer's Market FB and this looks yummy.  It would seem you could cut calories by using pumpkin.

I make a similar recipe that replaces the white sugar with 1/2 cup brown sugar.  I like the crust that forms when I bake it in my cast-iron skillet.

@ECBG This looks fine fine and is on my mind to make a pan in my southern kitchen.  I love me some sweet potatoes here in Mississippi!!!!!!!!!!
