Swedish Small Cookies - Yummy!

Swedish Small Cookies

1/2 cup sugar

1 cup butter, softened

2-1/3 cups flour

Cream sugar and butter together. Add flour; Divide into four equal parts. Roll out to 1" diameter (2 rolls on cookie sheet). Flatten rolls with fingers. Make a dent in center of rolls and fill with jam. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until barely brown. Cut immediately, diagonally.

Drizzle with frosting:

6 Tbsp powdered sugar

1-2 Tbsp water

*When cutting, cut in to approximately 1.5 inch cookies, and use sharp knife, cutting quickly, as jam may stick to knife.
