Suggestions for Diabetes cookbook needed....

Hello everyone! This too is my first post on Recipe Swap, but I have used it many times for alot of ideas. I was hoping to get some recommendations for a good diabetes cookbook from you all. My son in law was just diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes, and they need some help to get started on this lifestyle change. They both work, so would love a cookbook that has easy and not too involved recipes with ingredients that are easy to find. Thank you!!
