Delicious on rolls, toast, English muffins, etc.!

Strawberry Butter

2 sticks of butter softened

1/2 - 3/4 cups of sliced fresh strawberries

1/4 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 stick of cold butter, cut into cubes

Whip the 2 sticks of softened butter in a mixer till light & fluffy.

Add strawberries & mix.

Add powdered sugar & mix well. Taste for sweetness & add more if desired & mix well.

Add the cubes of cold butter & whip till combined & fluffy.

Store in refrigerator.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.
