i mix marascopne cheesewith whipped crea or sour cream and use that as a dip too.  it is yummy but fattening

i've never heard of mixing the sour cream and brown sugar together.   we do the strawberries sour cream, and brown sugar in separate bowls. berry, dip and roll. yum
