Spoonbread
1 box of Jiffy Cornbread Mix
1 stick of margarine or butter
2 eggs
8 oz sour cream
1 can of Cream Corn (14 3/4 oz)
Preheat the oven to 350*. Melt the stick of margarine or butter in a 9 x 13 in pan. Mix up the cornbread mix, sour cream, eggs and corn. Pour the mixture over the melted margarine or butter. Bake for 45-55 minutes.
