Spare Ribs And Pineapple Sauce

2 pounds country style spare ribs

1 cup celery...diced

1/2 green pepper...diced

1/4 cup onion...diced small

1 can pineapple tidbits

2 tablespoons cornstarch

3 tablespoons vinegar

3 tablespoons soy sauce

3 tablespoons butter

water if needed

hot cooked rice

Cook spare ribs inoven til well done. Drain. Brown onions, celery and green pepper in butter. Add pineapple with juice. Thicken with cornstarch. If you need to, add a little water. Add vinegar and soy sauce. Cook 3-5 minutes. Pour mixture over spare ribs and bake 30 minutes at 350*. Serve with hot cooked rice.
