~ Soybeans ~

Hi all .... well, times are pretty tough, so I am going back to something I did when we had 2 kids in college at the same time. I used soybeans a lot.

I bought a bag of dry ones, cooked them this morning, and I have found a few casserole recipes' which sound so/so.

So, any of you have any recipes' for soybeans that are really good? I'd love it if you'd share them.
