Sour Cream Peach Streusel Pie
2 1/2 cups fresh peeled and sliced peaches
1 egg...beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
Streusel Topping:
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup butter
Preheat oven to 375*. Mix together the peaches, egg, salt, vanilla, sour cream, sugar and flour. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake for 30 minutes or until pie is slightly brown. While pie is baking, make the topping. Combine the flour, sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter using a pastry cutter til the pieces are about the size of small peas. Sprinkle topping over pie and bake for an additional 15 minutes. Cool completely before cutting.
