Slow Cooker Toffee Peach Crisp

8 peaches...peeled and sliced

3 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 cup carmel ice cream topping

2 cups rolled oats

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 cup butter...melted

1 cup granola

1 cup crushed toffee

Spray slow cooker with non stick spray. Place sliced peaches. lemon juice and cinnamon in slow cooker. Mix. Drizzle with caramel ice cream topping. In a large bowl, combine the oatmeal, brown sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon. Mix well. Add melted butter and stir til crumbly. Stir in granola and toffee. Sprinkle over peach mixture in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or til peaches are tender and topping is hot. Serve with ice cream or sweetened whip cream.
