@ChiliPepper Not sweet at all!  There is NO sweetness in the flavor at all.   The little bit of brown sugar levels out the Rotel's  in the recipe.  Trust me on this one!  You won't be disappointed.

@ciao_bella  Thanks so much for the recipe.  I made it today and it was delicious!  I followed the recipe exactly except I used 7 peppers.  Mine were fully cooked in 4 1/2 hours on low.  One thing -- the sauce in the bottom of the pot was quite watery.  I'm sure this was from the peppers releasing water.  Next time I'll do some pre-prep of the peppers to get them to release the water prior to going into the slow cooker.  Thanks again.
