I used Polish sausage instead of Kielbasa-came out good.

I used Brown Minute Rice. Although I am not fond of Minute rice, it worked for me because it has enough seasoning to hide that "off" taste. Normally I have cooked from scratch brown rice in the freezer. I was out. If I have cooked rice around, I will thaw it & mix it in at the end.

I cooked it the minimum time. Don't over cook this one.
