Slow Cooker Porcupine Meatballs
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup raw rice
1/2 cup onion...minced
1/2 cup green pepper...finely chopped
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
pepper to taste
1 can tomato soup
1 can diced tomatoes
In bowl, combine beef, rice, onion, green pepper, egg, salt and pepper. Mix well. shape meat mixture into about 24 meatballs. Place meatballs in slow cooker. Mix tomato soup with diced tomatoes. Pour mixture over meatballs. Cover and cook on low 7-8 hours OR on high 4-5 hours
