Seseme Beef And Broccoli
1 pound flank steak
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 cup green onions...chopped
1/2 cup dry red wine
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 clove garlic...minced
3 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 cups broccoli buds
cooked rice or noodles
Simply mix all ingredients together and pour over flank steak. Let the meat marinate for at least one hour. Remove meat from marinade. Heat marinade and reduce to half. In saute pan, heat sesame oil. Add flank steak. Turn once. Add broccoli. Saute for 3 minutes. Add the reduced marinade and toss gently. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
