Slow-Cooker Cranberry Chicken

6 boneless, skinless chicken breast

1 bottle of Catalina Dressing

1 packet of Lipton dry onion soup mix

1 can of whole cranberry sauce

Mix the Catalina Dressing, cranberry sauce and onion soup mix in a bowl. Put a little bit of this sauce in the bottom of your crockpot. Lay the chicken breasts over the sauce. Pour the rest of the cranberry sauce over all and cook on low for 4-6 hours. I cooked mine for 5 hours.

When the chicken is done, I pour the cranberry sauce into a pan on the stove and thicken the sauce with some cornstarch and water mixture. Serve over rice or noodles.

Sweet and savory and it was delicious!!!
