HI, sometimes I'm just not in the mood to cook. DH hates processed foods, so most everything is "from scratch". I can get away with a cake mix, boxed pasta (not noodles) ANYWAY.... on occasion I make something quick & easy. Here's a couple of ones I go to. I would love to hear yours {#emotions_dlg.thumbup1}

no name for this dh's mom gave me the recipe years ago

1 lb. ground beef

1 small onion chopped

1 can cream of mushroom soup undiluted

1 can tomato soup undiluted

cheese/ your choice (I use sharp cheddar, we like it cheesy so i use alot)

cooked, drained pasta (I use whole wheat elbows)

brown ground beef & onions, drain. Add soups, when blended well add cheese over low heat til melted. Stir in pasta.

pasta cheese skillet

1 lb. ground beef

chopped onion

1 (28oz) can Italian tomatos, don't drain (I use my tomatos & add garlic & italian seasonings)

3/4 c. water

1 1/2 c. ziti uncooked (I use more)

1 1/2 c. shredded cheese (I use more)

Brown burger and onion, drain - add tomatos, water & pasta, Cover cook 15 min on med low. Top with cheese, cover til cheese melts, with heat off.

**I cook the pasta seperate cause it's still abit crunchy
