Just wanted to tell you I made your Oven baked bean soup and it was great! Thanks for sharing such an easy and delicous recipe. I added an extra carrot and celery, used less water everything else I did the exact way you wrote it. Thanks again. Here is the recipe if anyone wants it.

Oven Baked Bean Soup

1 lb mixed dried beans (I Don't soak the beans)

1 lb ham chopped

1 ham bone

3 qts. water

2 stalks celery chopped

2 carrots chopped

1 onion chopped

1 8oz. can tomato sauce

I also add the flavor packet that comes with the beans.

Combine all ingredients in a LARGE dutch oven mix well. Cover and bake at 325 for 4 to 4 1/2 hours
